Order Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted by CR-JEWELS.COM:

Pay Pal
CR-JEWELS.COM welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.
Credit Card
When clients place orders online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Banca Sella and WorldPay which accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Carte Bleu.

Credit Card Security
CR-JEWELS.COM Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server.

CR-JEWELS.COM  CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WILL NOT ASK FOR NOR ACCEPT CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND/OR EXPIRATION DATES.

CR-JEWELS.COM  advises Clients to apply for E-commerce security PIN CODES provided by Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard.

Credit Card Charges
If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly. Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed for both available merchandise and for Pre-order items (which are shipped later in the season when the merchandise arrives).

Bank Wire Transfer
When Bank Wire Transfer is selected at the order confirmation as the method of payment, the customer will automatically receive an email confirming the account information for CR-JEWELS.COM  . The merchandise will then be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in CR-JEWELs’ bank account.

It is mandatory that the Client send a scan via mail of the bank transaction within 48 hours of confirming the order. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached CR-JEWELS.COM ’s bank account.

If the scan of the bank transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.
The merchandise will be shipped once CR JEWELS has received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.

FIRST-TIME CLIENT
For Credit Card and Paypal payments CR-JEWELS.COM can request the Bank or Paypal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
CR-JEWELS.COM also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.

PRICE AND CURRENCY
Published prices and final invoices are in Euro.
Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.
CR-JEWELS.COM encourages clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.
Shipment is Free.

ORDER UPDATE
It is possible to check the status of your order directly on line by accessing MY ACCOUNT and clicking on the MY ORDERS tab.
We remind clients once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, e-store credit or refund within 28 days of the merchandise’s delivery date.

RETURN

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1) E-mail returns@cr-jewels.com to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). Please include the Order Number (T#######), the Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is for a size exchange, store credit or a refund.

2) Please send the return with the courier indicated in the email sent by CR Jewels. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN E-mail. (The Courier will provide the AirWay Bill to complete upon pick-up).

3) Return shipments are FREE.

4) Clients can choose between three compensation options:
a) Size exchange
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different colour of the same Item Code is available. Exchanges for a different Item code are currently unavailable.
Free Return policy is limited to one exchange.

b) Store Credit
Can be used one time only on a future order on www.cr-jewels.com within three months of the return;
is not cumulative with other store credits; must be used in its entirety on an order that is either  equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.

c) Refund
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.

Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the order delivery date.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, marked or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
CR JEWELS’ Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, original boxes, document warranty, brochure, etc…) received with the order.
All jewels and accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Returns must be packaged in the GLS box.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. CR-JEWELS.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

Pick-ups for all authorized returns cr-jewels.com’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.

CR-JEWELS.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions email. (For example, returns sent with a different courier than specified.) In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted by cr-jewels, cr-jewels.com will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
